Pricing questions
What happens when I reach my limit?
Messages over your monthly allowance are saved to a visible hold until your allowance resets or you upgrade, and for at least seven days. When the allowance resets they release automatically, oldest first, and count toward the new month. Any that do not fit the new allowance are deleted a day after the reset. The hold has room for 1,000 messages on Free, 10,000 on Pro and 50,000 on Team, shared with spam quarantine; when it is full, new submissions are refused with an error until space frees up. There is never an overage charge.
How do email alerts count?
One alert to one person. Notifying two people about the same message uses two. If alerts run out, every message is still saved and its alert waits in the hold.
Can I see whether an alert was delivered?
Yes, on every plan. Each message shows its own timeline: saved, accepted by the email provider, delivered, or bounced with the reason.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual costs less: Pro is US$144 a year (US$12 a month) against US$15 billed monthly, and Team is US$348 a year (US$29 a month) against US$36 monthly. You see the total before you pay, and you can switch or cancel from billing at any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from billing. Moving up, from Pro to Team or from monthly to annual, applies straight away with a prorated adjustment. Moving down, from Team to Pro or from annual to monthly, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling keeps paid access until then too.
